Odoo — The Operational Foundation
Odoo forms the technological backbone of all solutions within the OBS Group. Its open-source architecture enables full transparency and targeted development based on real business requirements.
As a central business platform, Odoo unifies processes, data, and applications in one integrated system — serving as the single source of truth for operational and strategic decisions.
All OBS Group solutions build on Odoo and extend it purposefully, creating industry-specific applications, end-to-end processes, and consistent data structures.

OBS AI — Integrated, Controllable, and GDPR-compliant
Building on Odoo, OBS has developed its own in-house AI. It is specifically trained on Odoo data, business logic, and operational processes, and fully embedded into the overall system landscape.
Each House within the OBS Group develops it further for their respective solutions, creating specialized applications tailored to industries, business areas, and concrete use cases.
The underlying LLM runs on servers in Germany. Company data remains protected, controllable, and fully GDPR-compliant.

n8n — Integration and Automation
n8n provides the integration and automation layer within OBS technology. It connects Odoo, AI components, and external systems into seamless, automated workflows.

This creates flexible, extensible process chains tailored precisely to each use case.
Microsoft — Enterprise Collaboration and Business Intelligence
In addition, OBS supports companies in the introduction, integration, and operation of Microsoft 365—both in conjunction with Odoo and as a standalone solution. As a Microsoft partner, we implement secure, scalable environments that integrate seamlessly into existing IT and process landscapes.
In addition to technical integration, we also provide ongoing support: from setup and configuration to user and security settings to technical support in daily operations.
Google — Productivity and Collaboration
OBS works closely with the Google ecosystem. As a Google Partner, we enable professional implementation, integration, and operation of Google Workspace in combination with Odoo.
The deep integration of Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Login (SSO), and Google Cloud Storage creates uniform data flows and efficient workflows. Communication, appointments, and documents are directly linked to business processes—securely, transparently, and without media breaks.
Google Workspace thus becomes a productive work interface, while Odoo controls the underlying business logic.
